To say I love running and managing events might be an understatement. With over 23 years of practical experience as an Events and Marketing Manager, I have coordinated or worked on numerous events including RSPCA Million Paws Walk and Pet Expo, The Toy and Game Expo, Australian Games Expo, Lifeline Women of Spirit Awards, the Doeberl Cup Chess Tournament, A Pooch Affair and more recently the inaugural Big Boys Toys Expo.
I delight in using my creativity, imagination and professionalism to deliver unique and successful events whether locally in Canberra or interstate. I have experience across a wide range of sectors such as hospitality, retail, travel, horticulture, corporate, social profit and charity. Coupled with my events background, this has allowed me work with and understand a wide and diverse range of colleagues, clients, suppliers and sponsors.
I am engaging and cheerful especially when I am in charge (or so I am told). I take personal responsibility in all aspects of event management from supervision of all client relations from initial engagement and concept planning to post event analysis. I bring a real passion for quality and believe in forging strong ties to truly understand the uniqueness of each and every client and event that I am involved with.
I thrive on working with the local community and enjoy the challenges and accomplishments that each event delivers.
